针对项目地点临近大学城的特点，在景观设计中提出“小资社区，生态环境和品质生活”的景观理念。以英伦丰富的文化与惬意的生活为背景，融合学院的简约构成风格，营造浓厚的学院氛围社区。现代自然的景观空间，绿色的生态环境；重点打造的标志性景观，多元化的交流与体验空间-简约设计中体现细节品质，打造文化生活场所，增加场地的独特性。

设计轴线上，以水轴打造主轴，以绿化打造次轴。

As the project site is close to the university ,The design team proposes the idea of "Yuppies feeling community, ecological environment and high quality of life" as the landscape design concept. Taking account of the background of England’s rich culture and comfortable living style, combining with the concise composition style of university, the design team aims to create a strong university atmosphere community. Modernist & natural landscape spaces; Green ecological environment; Iconic landscape nodes; diverse communication and experience spaces - The concise design style emphasizes the details of the quality , creating a place to live full of culture, and enhancing the site's unique characters.
On the design axis, the design team uses water to create the main axis ;and uses green planting to create the secondary axis.
