设计思路：
    生态、有机、自然、宜居。考虑到基地城市人文要素与自然要素特征，建筑具有浓郁的西班牙式现代主义风格。设计采用西班牙皇家园林与自然园林风格的对话方式，通过城市商业延展面，由中心景观人文生态轴向各区域空间渗透。
    设计原则：入口、会所、泳池及外围商业街引荐西班牙皇家园林景观空间及代表性元素符号，以轴线对称的方式体现了城市人文要素；湖滨及溪谷景观带则利用竖向变化来体现场地的山水要素，亲水湖畔，山泉跌宕，曲径通幽，树木丛生；楼间院落以自然为基调，点缀皇家园林之元素，让人们仿佛置身于艺术风范的西班牙小镇；主要道路以自然曲线形式贯穿于整个住区，以高大乔木为林荫树，来强化项目的自然生态风格。突出设计景观亮点：1、独特性：西班牙现代主义风格园林，拥有大面积的绿地、林荫、花带。2、稀有性：大面积的湖畔水景，亲水宜人。3、尊贵型：精美的西班牙风格雕塑小品。
    Design interpretation: The design integrates the Spanish royal garden style with natural garden style and has created an ecological, natural and comfortable residential place. In details, the design team incorporates  the spatial and symbolic elements from the Spanish royal garden to the entrance, club house, swing pool and commercial street design, uses the site level changes to create lake and stream features within the residential area, and has created an artistic Spanish village. The scheme is featured by: 1. Unique Spanish modern garden style, 2. Characteristic large-scale lakescape; 3. Royal and luxurious Spanish-style sculptures.
