总平面采用古典浪漫主义景观布局，和古典主义的建筑立面相得益彰，形成场景式的花园空间。动静分区合理，空间有层次感，考虑各种人群的使用习惯。以软景绿化为主，利用植物来塑造宜人的空间，绿化率高，软硬搭配合理。注重各组团的景观均好性，每栋楼都有各自的景观看点。考虑展示区的即时展示效果，通过植物搭配和艺术化的情景小品创造出令人印象深刻的景观体验。整体色调统一，硬景、软景、景观家具等都呼应托斯卡纳的传统色系。细节设计体现项目的文化属性和专属感，将文化的呈现作为设计的核心。
Design interpretation: The masterplan has a classical romanticism landscape layout, complementing the classicism shown on the building elevation. The scheme has rational function zones, clear spatial hierarchy, humanized design and high-proportioned green space. Through detailed plant mix and artistic theme creation, an impressed landscape tour has been created. The Tuscany color scheme has also been incorporated into all landscape elements.
