设计理念：

    以自然、浪漫主义的设计理念，运用现代的景观表现手法, 以生态景观的要求，营造出舒适、雅致、休闲的空间，提高居住生活品质，创造出优美的室外环境。

设计原则：

    1.由大至小、由主及次，注重景观的层次；2.由点带线，以线带面，注重景观的整体性；3.注重景观的可参与性；4.注重景观的功能性及实施性。

    采用“每栋一个公园”的概念来设计开放空间，所有庭院也采用富有创意的现代表达方式，同时还结合了传统意义上的聚会空间功能。此外，“绿色空间”也为社区住户提供了四季可遮阴的场所和清新的空气。从主入口地标通往广场，搭配精致的铺装图案、台地种植、竖向元素、特色水景，采用锈黄和陶罐赤红色调，在庭院和各个活动区域开启舒适之旅，空间造景以浓郁的亚热带植物、乔木、绿色微地形、草坪和水景为主，同时突出地形的丰富层次感，以景观设计烘托建筑规划。精心设计的蜿蜒小径，位于迷你公园处的遮阳雨棚式乔木则更显自然，也更加体现了“清新绿色”的主题。
