设计思路：
采用新景观、后现代的表现手法，以体现园区新形式，成为新区风向标，展示与时俱进的景观之路。提出以旋风为原型的设计思路，旋风的运动形成漩涡场，隐喻着科技企业加速器隐藏着巨大的能量，草坡造型艺术提升园区新景观创意，架空层提出廊的概念，合理利用空间，使室外景观延伸到室内，相互渗透，根据科技园用地的空间构架，提出“3+1”四度空间的景观设计理念，同时把景观化的四度空间打造成立体式花园，在温馨环境中拉近人与人之间的距离，让园区变得柔和。
Design interpretation: The design concept originates from the whirlwind. The movement of the whirlwind forms a vortex field, symbolizing the huge energy of the science. The design team has created artistic grassland landscape and also introduced the concept of extending outdoor landscape into indoor.
